What Is the Seller/Collector Review Process?

When reviewing collections submitted to us by a collector, we work to authenticate and appraise the works shared with us and look to curate a collection that will speak to our clients in terms of style, importance in the history of art, material and price point. How Does Estelle. Vet a Trusted Network of Sellers and New and Emerging Artists?

At Estelle., we are deeply grateful that our team has been involved in the art world for decades. Through this experience, we have established relationships with collectors who look to share their collections and eventually sell them through our platform. We have a team dedicated to authenticating not just the artwork but also the reputation of the collector. For our new and emerging artists, we look for a small amount of presence in the industry as well as a deep and lasting talent and commitment from the artists that this is their life’s work and intent to be our partner in their career growth and creating incredible work that will grow in value over time.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

We are happy to cancel an order within the same day of purchase pending the order has not shipped. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the order. Is My Art Purchase Insured When Shipped To Me?

Yes, your package is insured through our shipping partner, Arta. We want to ensure that each piece is protected from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door. Estelle. understands how crucial protection is and our policy covers all versions of transit.

My Piece Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

Estelle. is here to help! Please take a picture of the artwork and packaging showing us the damage(s) and email us at hiestelle@estelle.art with your order number and the images attached. We will review this and our team will reach out to you regarding next steps within two business days.

Can I Frame These Pieces Myself?

Yes, absolutely. We suggest that you use a reputable framer in your area. We also offer resources to help with this through Curator, our loyalty program. You may sign up here or if you are already a member, please login here.

Please Explain the Rating Scale For The Condition of Your Art.

Our rating scale is shared on all of our pieces for our Secondary Art Market to give a clear understanding of what to expect when each piece arrives. As each piece has been preloved by another collector, we want to ensure transparency in the condition of the artwork. This is always accounted for in the value of the work.

Our Scale:

Excellent: Art is in near perfect to perfect condition with no obvious markings or scratches on the piece or frame(if included).

Good: Art is in near perfect condition but may have a few minor obvious markings or scratches on the piece or frame(if included).

Fair: Art is in acceptable condition but may have a several obvious markings or scratches on the piece or frame(if included).
